01 / WHY THE BAY AREA

A place with a habit of changing things.

Some places make
you think bigger.

You’ve followed the companies. Read the stories. Imagined what you could build there. A Bay Area base brings that world closer—and gives your own ambition somewhere to grow.

/ THE PRECEDENT

Small beginnings.
Extraordinary companies.

Apple and Google were once someone’s big idea. Build in the region that helped them become part of everyday life—and let that possibility expand your own sense of what’s achievable.

/ THE AI FRONTIER

You’re building with AI.
Build closer to its edge.

For an AI-first founder, this is a place to be curious, challenged and inspired. OpenAI and Anthropic call San Francisco home. Your own company can find its footing in this evolving ecosystem.

/ THE CAPITAL

Big ideas.
Long-term conviction.

Some ambitions need people who can see the possibility early. A Bay Area base puts you closer to the venture ecosystem—including firms such as Andreessen Horowitz—as you build your own relationships.

You bring the ambition.
We help put your Bay Area base in place.

Find your starting point

Companies shown are examples of the Bay Area ecosystem, not Arrived partners. Introductions and investment are not guaranteed.

02 / YOUR STARTING POINT

There’s more than one way to arrive.

What does your

ILLUSTRATIVE STARTING PLAN

Two countries.
One bigger possibility.

Keep your team and home in India while exploring a Bay Area base. Start with what you want to do there and how often you plan to be there.

04 / CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

A big move deserves clear answers.

Less chasing.
More clarity.

03 / THE PEOPLE

One person to come back to.

An Arrived point of contact for your agreed work, with the role of any independent professionals made clear.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET IN TOUCH?

  1. 01 Tell us what you’re building and when you want to be there.
  2. 02 We discuss what’s already in place and where support would help.
  3. 03 If there’s a fit, we outline the next step. You decide whether to continue.

Arrived is a concierge service. Independent attorneys provide legal advice and handle petitions under a separate legal engagement. Visa decisions, housing availability and introductions depend on third parties; we don’t promise approvals, a particular home or investment.

05 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Big move.
Fair questions.

You don’t need every answer before you talk to us. But you should have a clearer picture.

Ask something else
Who is Arrived for?

Our first focus is Indian founders establishing a business and life in the Bay Area, including founders building AI-first companies. You might be planning a full move, spending part of the year there, or looking for help with an arrival that’s already underway.

Do you only work with AI founders?

No. AI-first founders are a natural part of the community we want to support, but your company doesn’t have to be an AI startup. Tell us what you’re building and the Bay Area presence you need; we’ll discuss whether our practical support is a fit.

Do I have to move full-time?

No. We can help you explore a part-time Bay Area base while keeping your home or team in India. Your travel pattern, business needs and existing arrangements shape the plan. Any immigration or work-authorization questions need advice from an independent attorney.

I already have a visa or US company. Can you still help?

Yes. Start with what you already have. We can discuss accommodation, arrival support, local setup, relevant introductions or other parts of the service without repeating work you’ve completed.

What can you help me with?

Planning, company setup, immigration support with independent attorneys, accommodation, local introductions and ongoing practical support. We agree the specific work with you in writing; you don’t have to take every service.

Who gives immigration and legal advice?

Independent attorneys give legal advice and handle petitions under a separate legal engagement. Arrived helps organize the agreed work and follow-through. We explain the professional responsibilities involved before you commit; Arrived is not a law firm or government agency.

How much does it cost? What’s separate?

Your price depends on the work you need. Before commitment, you receive a written scope and service total, with applicable mandatory charges and taxes explained. Rent, deposits, flights and other personal spending are separate. Any optional work should be a choice you understand.

Can I keep working with my existing advisers?

Tell us who is already helping you. We can discuss a plan around your existing arrangements, including practical concierge support if immigration is handled elsewhere. Any necessary communication with your advisers needs your agreement.

What will I still need to do?

You make the important choices and provide the information needed for your agreed work. You may also need to take part in discussions with qualified professionals. Your plan explains where we can take work off your plate and where your input is needed.

How early should I get in touch?

As soon as you have a direction in mind—even if your dates aren’t fixed. Tell us your target timing and what’s already arranged. The next steps depend on your situation and third-party availability, so we don’t advertise a fixed arrival or visa timeline.

Do you guarantee a visa, housing or investor introductions?

No. Attorneys advise on immigration; government authorities make visa decisions. Housing depends on availability and landlord requirements. We can discuss relevant introduction requests, but an introduction is not a promise of funding, customers or a business outcome.

What happens after I contact you?

We start by discussing your plans and the support you’re looking for. If there’s a fit, we explain the next step and any paid work before you choose to proceed. Sending a message does not commit you to a package.

Do you cover destinations beyond the Bay Area?

This launch is focused on Indian founders establishing a Bay Area base. If you have another destination or a different situation in mind, ask about fit and availability before assuming coverage.
